The Vancouver International Burlesque Festival is starting soon! Running from May 1st to the 10th, there is at least one show a night, if not two. The Pink Flamingo Burlesque will be performing on May 2nd at the Red Room.

This morning all the performers and producers gathered at the steps of the Vancouver Art Gallery for a "Family Portrait" to help promote the festival. Here is one of those photos, taken by William Smithies.
